If there are enough players registered at an age group we enter Lions and Tigers teams (ex ‘A’ and ‘B’) in the RCD Junior League.

To avoid any confusion during the coming season we need everyone to understand how we operate the Tiger’s squads at Westend FC.

The Tigers team have been entered to give every child, regardless of ability, a chance to play for Westend FC in the RCD Junior League.

Tiger’s team managers fully understand that they must follow the Westend guidelines below when selecting the squad each week.

In the event of a Tigers team having more than 14 boys available for selection the manager must ensure that players take it in turn to drop out, thereby ensuring that every child is given an equal opportunity to play in the RCD Junior League’.

We care about every player at Westend FC not just the talented ones and we know that parents and players fully appreciate this.

Please show your support for the manager when/if your child has to take his turn in missing a match to allow another player the chance to play for Westend FC.
