CHRIS HAMPSON

22 years old Chris is a  player who has improved tremendously over the last two seasons.  Now needs to play with  confidence and demand the ball much more - especially if playing in the midfield area.

DOM CARTER

One of a crop of talented youngsters moving up from the RCD Junior League.  Dom has played most of his football in midfield but has the ability to play in a variety of positions.  Not afraid to tackle and scores the occasional goal - usually from long range!  Not 17 until December he has a bright future ahead of him.

PEARCE HEGGIE

Another player who has come on leaps and bounds over the last twelve months.  Very rarely misses training and never gives less than 100%.  A play anywhere type who will probably develop into a striker providing he can improve his first touch and add some aggression to his game.

JOSH SINGLETON

Now eighteen years old Josh is a very popular member of the open age section and has been with the club since the age of seven.  Always gives 100% effort both in training and during the match.  Likes playing in goal during training and usually pulls off some superb saves.  FOOTBALL IS ALWAYS FUN when Josh is about!

JOSH WALTERS

Versatile  footballer who prefers to play up front.  Has a good shot with either foot but tends not to pass when team mates are in better positions.  At Preston University but intends to get back every Saturday to play in the District League.

        SAM BOOTHROYD

Now out of his teenage years Sam should be reaching his peak over the next few seasons.  A very quick player with a fine shot in either foot.  Tends to drop his head if things aren't going to plan.  Played in the first team all last season and will have gained valuable experience.  Never misses training and sets a great example to the rest of the squad.

                    JORDAN PARKER

Eighteen years old Jordan gained valuable experience with the 'A' team last season and turned in a number of very impressive performances.  Has a great first touch and excellent dribbling skills but needs to be more aware of the position of his team mates and know when to pass the ball.

JAMES GRALEY

His consistent performances throughout last season was one of the main reasons the Reserves got promoted to the top Division.  A left footed player who is a great crosser of the ball and can also score the occasional goal.  Likes playing midfield but his best displays have been from the left back position.  Will relish the challenge of fighting for a First team place this season.

MATTY MANN

A goalkeeper who has improved  tremendously over the last twelve months.  A commanding figure between the sticks who is never short of a word or two if any of his fellow defenders lose concentration!  Just needs to improve on coping with crosses and becoming even more vociferous when the occasion demands.
